Robert Fripp and My Introduction to the Guitar Circle

I just completed a week-long guitar workshop with the legendary Robert Fripp in Glen Cove, New York. I really want to sit down and share everything about my experience, but I’m somehow failing to find the words. It’s simply unlike any other music workshop I’ve ever attended. Not better, not worse, just… VERY different.

“Intense” might be the one word I could throw at it, but even that doesn’t do it justice. I clearly need more processing time, but — wherever that leads me — I somehow feel that no matter how slow the knowledge may unfold, it will prove to be pivotal.
