Brent performs and directs members of the Austin Symphony Orchestra and Panoramic Voices in the world-premiere performance of his work, Variations on a Theme by Syd Barrett. Generously underwritten by Arts in Public Places, this work is centered on a musical contraption conceived and built by composer Steve Parker.
