Unwound Sound presents Thor & Friends (feat. Brent on pedal steel, electric cello & keys) in a unique evening of instrumental soundscapes and inspiring orchestral atmospherics. In a rare non-club performance, T&F will present new material in preparation for recording their upcoming album in the beautiful acoustics of the First Unitarian Universalist Church.

A freewill offering will be gratefully accepted ($20 suggested), the proceeds of which will go to support the First UU Reproductive Justice Fund.

About Thor & Friends: Polymath percussionist Thor Harris inaugurated “Thor & Friends” in the autumn of 2015 after five years of touring as the percussionist of iconic avant-rock ensemble Swans. The project is intended as a vehicle for experimentation with the conceptual vocabulary of American Minimalism collaborating with a rotating cast of Austin-based musicians.
